Frequently asked questions

What counts as a minute?
We meter the connected talk time of each call, rounded up to the nearest minute. Ringing time and unanswered calls don't count.
Can I bring my own Twilio number?
Yes. You can provision a new Twilio number from the dashboard or point an existing number at our voice webhook.
What happens if I run out of minutes?
On Free, Starter, and Pro, calls are blocked once your monthly allowance is exhausted. You can upgrade at any time, or move to Scale for metered pay-as-you-go pricing.
Do you support outbound calling?
Yes, Starter and above include outbound campaigns: upload a list of leads, point an agent at it, and we'll dial through them with the concurrency you configure.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from the Stripe billing portal — you'll keep access until the end of the current period.
Is my call data secure?
Calls and transcripts are stored per-organization and isolated by tenant. Integrations store tokens encrypted at rest.
